Info on MGS3: Snake Eater OST
The official soundtrack for Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater was released on December 17, 2004. It features music from various artists and renown composers such as Harry Gregson-Williams, Norihiko Hibino, Cynthia Harrell and Starsailor. The "Metal Gear Solid" Main Theme, originally written by Tappy, is rearranged for MGS3 by Harry Gregson-Williams (IMHO the best arrangement of the main theme).
The soundtrack is comprised of 2 discs and includes a Special Camouflage Key Disc which allows players to obtain "special" camouflage uniforms.
